WHAT MAKES A GOOD WEBSITE?
A good website consists primarily of four things: company data, quality images, textual content, company look and feel. Company data (e.g. contact information) must be presented clearly and be extremely organized.
High quality images cannot be underestimated in the value to a site, e.g, Starlink and SpaceX consistently use highest resolution, stellar photos, greatly impacting a viewer's experience.
For most companies, textual content does not need to be verbose and exhaustive. A few statements made at just the right places can create the user experience you want, essentially providing company credibility, while moving the viewer to contact your company. There are exceptions, e.g. an eCommerce site needs detailed information on each product so that a user can make a buying decision; or a research company that provides white papers will need to be extremely detailed in textual content; et al.
The company look and feel is developed by items such as: the company industry, company officers, logos and colors, company goals. We listen to our customers, so that we can best develop what they want, even if they cannot articulate it. Every designer will create a different look and feel, but our goal is to represent what your company wants.
